NEW DELHI: Of the 25,000 pads in DDA's 2014 lodging plan, more than 10,000 are in Rohini's areas 34 and 35. A dominant part of them are unrealistic to be given over by March one year from now, DDA's official due date. The reason is the quantity of arguments recorded against DDA by Barwala villagers guaranteeing their property was obtained illicitly and with an immaterial pay.
The town, which has been battling against the obtaining subsequent to 2005, is spread crosswise over areas 37, 36, 35 and parts of division 34. In the present plan, the greatest lump - 10875 pads - is being offered in area 34 and 35. Local people are contradicting the development work.
